 Return & Refund Policy

At ”Sehar Natural Loop”, we value your trust and satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 Returns :

 Due to hygiene and safety reasons, ‘we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair oil products’.
‘Unopened and unused items’ can be returned within ”7 days of delivery” in their original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items :

  1. If your order arrives ‘damaged, leaked, or incorrect’, notify us within ’24 hours of delivery’.
  2.  Please send us clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3.  We will send a ‘replacement’ or issue a ‘full refund’ at no extra cost.

 Refunds :

  1. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within ‘5–7 business days’.
  2.  Shipping charges are ‘non-refundable’, except when the mistake is from our side.
